Super Logic AI is a registered trade name of Way West LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi ("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Phone Number Collection (A2P SMS): We collect phone numbers only when you explicitly provide them and opt in to receive SMS communications from Super Logic AI. Phone numbers are collected through:
- Website opt-in forms (AI Readiness Quiz, booking forms, discovery call requests)
- Direct entry during sales conversations or audit processes
- Email confirmations following sign-up
- Your contact information provided during engagement discussions
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Improve and personalize our website and tools
- Perform customer analysis and refine our service offerings

3. SMS Communications & Opt-In Procedures
How We Collect SMS Consent: When you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you are granting explicit written consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Super Logic AI. Your consent is recorded with:
- Your name and phone number
- Date and time of opt-in
- Source of opt-in (website form, direct conversation, email signup, etc.)
- Confirmation of consent language read/accepted
This information is securely stored in our CRM system (Attio) for compliance and audit purposes.
Types of SMS Messages You May Receive:
- Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
- Verification codes and security alerts
- Proposal and document updates
- Lead qualification and engagement messages
- Business notifications related to AI automation services and consulting engagements
Message Frequency: We send messages only as needed for transactional purposes and lead communication. Expected frequency is typically under 300 messages per month per user, and most users receive significantly fewer. Messages are not sent at high frequency unless directly requested by you.
Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications sent to your wireless device, depending on your mobile service plan. Contact your mobile service provider for details about your plan's text messaging charges.
4. Opting Out of SMS Communications (STOP)
You have the right to opt out at any time. Simply reply STOP to any SMS message from Super Logic AI. You will receive a confirmation message, and we will remove your number from our SMS communication list within 24 hours.
If you reply STOP, you will not receive any further SMS messages from Super Logic AI, though we may continue to contact you via email if you have opted in to email communications.
To Resubscribe: If you change your mind, you can reply UNSTOP to any future SMS, or contact us at contact@superlogicai.com to re-opt-in to SMS communications.
5. SMS Support & Help (HELP)
For SMS Support: Reply HELP to any SMS message from Super Logic AI at any time. You will receive an automated response directing you to our support resources.

We aim to respond to HELP requests within 1 business day during regular business hours (9am to 5pm Hawaii Standard Time, Monday–Friday).
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Third-Party AI APIs: Our tools and services rely on third-party AI APIs (including but not limited to those provided by Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI). These vendors' AI models generate the outputs delivered through our services. We do not control how those third parties process or use submitted data, and their respective privacy policies govern their handling of any information transmitted to their systems.
Mobile Information / SMS Data: We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to transmit the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing. This applies regardless of any other data-sharing terms in this policy.
Service Providers: We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to deliver our services: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), CRM and consent records (Attio), appointment scheduling (Google Calendar), workflow automation (n8n), and product analytics (PostHog and Vercel Analytics — analytics events may be associated with your email address when you complete a purchase or booking). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and our agreements with them, and may not use your data for their own marketing.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. Your Data Responsibilities
You should avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information through any input fields on our website or tools. Due to our reliance on third-party AI providers, we cannot guarantee full confidentiality of information submitted through our services. Super Logic AI is not responsible for any AI-generated outputs produced by third-party AI models in response to information you submit.
8. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Super Logic AI integrates third-party AI APIs to power our tools and deliver analysis. The AI models that generate outputs are developed, maintained, and operated by those third-party vendors. While we make reasonable efforts to shape and guide AI-generated content through prompt engineering and system design, we do not control the underlying model behavior, training data, or output generation processes of these vendors' AI systems.
Accordingly, Super Logic AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge and agree that all AI-generated content should be independently verified before being relied upon for any business, legal, financial, or operational decision.
9. Data Retention
General Data: We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill our business and legal obligations.
Phone Numbers & SMS Records: We retain phone numbers and SMS communication records for the following purposes:
- Compliance with carrier regulations and audit requirements (typically 3–7 years)
- Dispute resolution and complaint handling (minimum 1 year)
- Legal holds or regulatory investigations (as required)
If you opt out via STOP, your phone number is retained in a suppression list to ensure we do not attempt to contact you again, in compliance with telecommunications regulations. This suppression record is maintained indefinitely or until you request removal.

If you believe Super Logic AI has violated telecommunications regulations or carrier guidelines related to SMS communications, you can file a complaint with:

We take compliance seriously and will investigate all complaints within 5 business days.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
If we make material changes to how we collect or use phone numbers for SMS communications, we will notify affected users via email (or SMS if no email is available) at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
