The following guarantee and service commitments apply to our services. Only the guarantee described below is a formal, legally binding guarantee. All other commitments are service promises reflecting our standard of operating and are subject to the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

The Guarantee — Zero Risk First Step
We stand behind our AI Opportunity Audit. If your audit report does not identify at least three (3) distinct operational AI opportunities and provide an AI toolkit specific to your business needs within three (3) business days of service commencement, we will issue a full refund of your audit fee. This is our sole formal guarantee.

The Retainer Promise — Payment Pause Pledge
If you are not receiving at least two times (2x) your monthly retainer investment in returned value, we will pause all billing and retainer payments until that value threshold is met. We prioritize your business success. This is a service commitment, not a legally binding guarantee.

The Delivery Promise — Performance Lock-In
If a project does not deliver on the scope and outcomes agreed upon in the applicable engagement agreement, we will continue working at no additional cost until it does. A promise made is a promise kept. This is a service commitment, not a legally binding guarantee.

The Partnership Promise — Partnerships Over Profits
Our business model is designed for long-term partnership. We win when you win. We are deeply invested in your ongoing success and commit to aligning our model with healthy returns over the life of our relationship. This is a guiding principle and service commitment, not a legally binding guarantee.

Note: Service commitments described above are applied in good faith and are subject to the terms of the applicable service or engagement agreement. Super Logic AI reserves the right to interpret and apply these commitments reasonably.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service and privacy policy. Super Logic AI does not store or have access to your complete payment card information. All financial transactions conducted through our website are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Super Logic AI complies with all applicable A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS regulations and carrier guidelines. By opting in to SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent & Compliance:

• Your opt-in consent has been recorded with date, time, and source
• We will honor all STOP requests within 24 hours
• We will respond to HELP requests with support resources
• We will not share your phone number with third parties for SMS marketing purposes
• We maintain compliance with carrier SMS regulations and FCC guidelines

Message Frequency & Type:

• Messages will not be sent at high frequency unless directly requested

Data Retention:

• Your phone number and SMS records are retained for compliance and audit purposes
• We retain these records for 3–7 years or as required by law
• If you opt out via STOP, your number is retained in a suppression list indefinitely to prevent further contact
• You may request a copy of your consent record or SMS history at any time

Complaints & Carrier Escalations:

• If you believe Super Logic AI has violated SMS regulations, you may file a complaint with your wireless carrier
• You may also contact us directly at contact@superlogicai.com with details of your concern
• We investigate all complaints within 5 business days and will respond to you with our findings

Third-Party SMS Providers: Super Logic AI may use third-party SMS service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to:

• Use your phone number only to deliver SMS messages
• Comply with all applicable SMS regulations
• Not share your phone number with other parties
• Delete records within the timeframe specified in our agreement

Super Logic AI provides tools and recommendations on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs, ROI estimates, or any other content delivered through our services.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on use of our tools or services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Logic AI's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Super Logic AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Super Logic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

SMS Liability Disclaimer: Super Logic AI is not liable for:

• Delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier network issues
• Inability to reach you via SMS if your number is disconnected or transferred
• Charges or fees imposed by your mobile service provider
• Loss or interception of SMS messages during transmission
• Any harm arising from STOP/HELP auto-responses or SMS content

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Super Logic AI is a registered trade name of Way West LLC, organized in the State of Hawaiʻi.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS Changes: If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or retain phone numbers for SMS communications, we will notify affected users via email or SMS at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
